"Before application: 1. Shave/wax 24 hours before application. 2. Thoroughly exfoliate skin. 3. Immediately prior to application, moisturise dry or rough areas including knees, elbows, ankles and feet. Application: 1. Start with the face. Hold nozzle at arms length away from the face and mist spray in downward motions from left to right, keeping the eyes closed. 2. Continue spraying onto each section of the body, beginning with the chest and stomach and then each arm and leg. 3. Ensure the product has been applied all over, then lightly spritz feet and hands to finish. 4. Wait until the skin is touch dry before dressing. 5. Avoid contact with water for 6 - 8 hours and then rinse."
