These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules in English, with one arbitrator seated in the DIFC.

Orders and Pricing

ELUXURA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or verification concerns. We may request additional information before confirming orders.

We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

Accepted currencies: AED and USD.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).
